Aside from the obvious uses, people have gotten very creative with the acupuncture mat also called a bed of nails. You can use it on your computer chair and get the benefits while being online. Rest your feet on it while sitting, as it will give you a pleasant massaging effect. Another person used it for relieving pain from shingles.
